Job Summary
Execute Materials Requirements Plans to ensure timely material availability for the product supply chain. Liaise with key functions, Material Project Leads, and Operational Buyers to update plans, convert planned orders into purchase requisitions and orders, and manage material planning parameters. Drive expediting efforts with procurement and inbound teams to optimize inventory, reduce scrap, and track KPIs for accurate material availability reporting. Facilitate escalations to guarantee on-time production releases while developing safety stock plans aligned with production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement or any relevant field
- Min. of 5 years' experience as a Material Requirement Planner
- Required CPIM certification
- Experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling and/or Purchasing
- Good knowledge of SAP, especially MM
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good knowledge of PowerBI
- Fluency in German or English is required
