Job Summary
Represents Global Procurement in cross-functional forums, delivering end-to-end material readiness to support SIOP alignment, build-plan updates, SOE reviews, and CTB analyses for assigned product families. Supports manufacturing line transfers and new-plant readiness by coordinating with MSRB, PMO, and related functions to align timelines and transfer requirements. Ensures master data governance, DTP readiness, BOM governance, and data integrity across planning systems. Develops executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate supply constraints, risks, and readiness, and drives improvements in material-setup processes and ECO/workflows. Requires strong ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP or equivalent), SIOP planning, lifecycle management for DTP/NPI transitions, and cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, PMO, and MSRB.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent and +8 years of purchasing experience in a regulated industry manufacturing environment (medical device preferred); or 6 years’ experience and a master’s degree.
- Certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, PMP or related are preferred.
