Job Summary
Lead material strategies and plans supporting Production and Sustainment execution, Special Test Equipment (STE), and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for the Next Generation Jammer factory in Forest, MS. Drive material sales goals, develop monthly material forecasts, and resolve supplier issues by partnering with Procurement and Supplier Performance Management. Review and burn down SCM metrics, support EAC material inputs and variance analysis, and facilitate the transition of demand requirements into executable plans with the supply base. Participate in program, IPTL, and supplier meetings as a core SCM member while supporting proposal activities for future contracts. Obtain MPM Level 4 certification within one year of accepting the position. This role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance and 5+ years of operations or supply chain experience, with 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience (for Advanced Degree)
- Professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Production Control, Procurement, or Engineering
- Ability to travel 25%
