Job Summary
Material Program Manager on the SM-3 IB program, coordinating between Supply Chain and the Program Team to execute material program strategies, manage supplier negotiations and RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, support cost/schedule objectives, and maintain risk and opportunity management. Requires DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship; remote work eligible within the U.S. with travel up to ~25%. Role involves interfacing with program leadership, generating SSOWs, and ensuring timely contract actions and EACs.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience (or 5 years with Advanced Degree)
- Experience in Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
- Experience in Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes
- Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, or Strategic Sourcing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (<25%)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance
- Security Clearance: DoD Secret (Active required after day 1)
