Job Summary
Develop and execute Material Program Plans and related subcontract and planning tools for Global Supply Chain Management in support of development and sustainment programs (ANTPY-2). Lead material strategy, forecasting (including small business forecasting), and ensure cost and schedule requirements are met. Maintain material delivery schedules tied to MRP commitments; collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align on a common schedule based on MRP. Monitor performance metrics, lead budgeting and financial management activities, and apply Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete process. Manage supplier assessments, ROM/proposals, and support ROMs. Require strong experience with MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and program/project management, with the ability to develop and maintain material plans, define Subcontract Management Plans, and pair strategic thinking with tactical execution. Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance and be a U.S. citizen. This is a U.S.-based role; onsite at specified facilities in Massachusetts with potential in-person interview requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Program and/or Project Management role
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
