Job Summary
Represent Global Supply Chain and serve as the GSC interface to the Program Management Office, reporting status and implementing corrective actions. Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool, perform variance analysis, and manage material sales risks and opportunities. Support program offset and localization efforts, including supplier assessment and development. Lead end-to-end proposal management, support program audits, and ensure compliance with EXIM licensing and Part 130 sweeps. This onsite role is located in Andover, Tewksbury, or Huntsville. RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, offers this position to U.S. citizens.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience (with Advanced Degree)
- Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management
- Experience with MRP systems and tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS
- Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management (ROM) Tool
- Experience with Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Experience with proposals
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar
- MPM Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Ability to work and succeed in a matrix environment
- Self-starter capability
- Ability to implement functional and program objectives
- Ability to interface with all levels of internal management and supplier management
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to assign the appropriate priorities to often conflicting tasks
