Material Processor Lead (RFA)- Weekend

Job Summary
Monitor production performance and quality controls while working with supervisors to reallocate resources and resolve process issues. Lead daily stand-up meetings, conduct workstation assessments, and train associates on shop floor systems including CVision, Oracle, and Unit Tracker. Track inventory levels, analyze KPI and SLA data, and compile daily reports for attendance and evacuation purposes. Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure proper workflow and implement audit-driven changes. Assist in developing the team and serve as the point of contact for employee escalations. This weekend shift role at our Irving, TX location includes Friday through Sunday coverage from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of previous light manufacturing experience
- Proficient in manual processing and receiving
- Consistently meeting UPH expectations
- Strong team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Forklift certified if needed for area of responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Must be proficient and certified in the area that they are responsible for leading
- Close vision
- Ability to adjust focus
- Ability to talk and hear
- Occasional: Bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, twisting, exposure to changes in temperature, being near moving machinery, and office machinery
- Regularly sit at a desk and operate
- Occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM- 6:30 PM schedule
- Irving, TX location
