Material Process Manager (Structural Steel Fabrication)

Manage and coordinate material requisitions, ordering, receipt, inventory control, and processing to support production in the structural steel fabrication division. Supervise safe and quality production of materials, coordinate with Production to align processing with project schedules, and maintain machine optimization. Ensure accuracy of parts, claim daily cuts in the designated tracking system, and manage inventory in FabTrol including monthly reconciliations and scrap tracking. Assure compliance of incoming steel, maintain test report files, and ensure proper marking and storage. Supervise machine operators and handlers, create written training procedures, and participate in project meetings. Travel across North America for client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings as required.
