Lead material planning and warehouse operations, overseeing daily warehouse and material planning activities; ensure inventory accuracy through counts and system controls; supervise and develop a team of warehouse and planning professionals; collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to anticipate needs, resolve shortages, and eliminate bottlenecks; drive process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency using ERP and Excel-driven insights. The role requires 3-5 years in related fields, proven supervisory ability, expertise in inventory management and modern warehouse processes, and strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.
