Job Summary
Onsite Material Planning Intern focusing on hardware material readiness for Zipline's expansion across metros in the US. Responsibilities include maintaining CTB tracking, developing automated dashboards for part shortages and logistics, optimizing spares management, standardizing supplier reporting formats, and iterating scalable planning workflows to improve transparency across departments. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a technical field, proficient in Excel and at least one of SQL/Python, with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders. The internship is full-time and hosted at Zipline's South San Francisco or Dallas offices from Sep to Dec 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a technical discipline
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate findings for stakeholders
- Collaborative and detail-oriented with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
