Job Summary
Create and update daily/weekly production schedules while identifying material shortages or overages to recommend actions. Collect and analyze production data to prepare reports and dashboards for planning and performance tracking. Enter and maintain data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy for materials, BOMs, and routing. Work with production, kanban technician, procurement, and logistics teams to align plans, participate in daily meetings, and identify inefficiencies in scheduling processes. Support lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects, document standard operating procedures, and attend training sessions on planning tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
