Material Planning Analyst

Maintain materials, purchasing, and supply data for production departments while coordinating contracts and managing certificates of conformance for all suppliers. Create and maintain outsourced parts schedules, daily review RMA transactions, and prepare weekly purchase orders including all client parts. Collect, compile, and present data from multiple sources such as customer bills of material and staff metrics, auditing data for accuracy and resolving integrity issues. Develop commodity spend profiles, establish pricing research tools, and provide detailed bill of materials research by site. Track materials financial performance, initiate corrective actions, and manage supply chain transfer and risk management for new product introduction.
