Job Summary
Manage customer orders, forecasts, and production planning based on release, capacity, and stock status. Release purchase orders to suppliers and monitor raw materials coverage and fulfillment of production orders and call-offs. Participate in quotation of potential projects, design of logistics concepts, and identify supply risks to drive continuous improvement. Monitor daily operations, manage special materials for engineering changes or project EOP, and handle customer claims. Complete monthly reports for inventory turnover analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Junior College or above
- 3 years or above
- Familiar with customer logistics standards and requirements
- ERP System and customer's portal operation
- Management of customer's order and forecast
- Production planning based on customer's release, production capacity and stock status
- Release P/O to suppliers, follow up supplier on-time delivery to ensure production
- Daily monitor raw materials coverage, fulfillment of production order and customer call-offs satisfication
- Special material management due to engineering changes or project EOP
- Fast response and disposal of customer claim
- Identify potential supply risks in the process of material management and make continuous improvement
- Monthly report filling and analysis, take activities to improve inventory turnover, cost saving etc
- Other activities to improve process efficiency & accuracy, inventory optimization,cost saving
- Participate in quality activities (IATF16949)
- Participate in EHS activities (14001&45001), eg. identifying and evaluating environmental and hazard factors, control environmental factors may related to reduce waste and save energy
- Familiar with customer special requirements(CSR)
- Skilled use of logistics tools to solve problems
- Good command of PC office & ERP skills
- Good communication,coordination & innovation ability
- Good teamwork awareness
- Writing communication
