Job Summary
Material Planner responsibilities include ensuring material availability to support production continuity, managing short/medium-term supply plans, monitoring supplier deliveries and expediting within a 3-month horizon, maintaining data quality in ERP systems, optimizing inventory, collaborating with Purchasing and suppliers, supporting production scheduling and prioritization during constraints, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes. Required skills include MRP/ERP proficiency, strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration. English language proficiency and experience in manufacturing environments (engineer-to-order / configure-to-order) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in material planning, supply chain, or production planning roles
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
