Job Summary
Lead the production planning team by developing daily and weekly production plans, including resource allocation, monitoring, and reporting. Supervise transactional operations areas while managing the monthly SIOP process, data preparation, and detailed MPS planning. Review existing processes to generate efficiency improvements, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with HSE policies. Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen collaboration and align local action plans with organizational strategy. Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and create effective reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in ERP systems, production planning, and resource optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
