Material Planner II

Job Summary
Manage 500-1000 items per project by planning and scheduling material availability to drive production and meet customer delivery commits. Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment while performing parts maintenance checks before project kickoff. Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme, and Warehouse departments to ensure on-time delivery and address non-conforming materials with Quality engineers. Maintain systems data integrity by correctly keying in purchase and fabrication parts, renewing forecasts, and translating them into material plans with suppliers. Identify production bottlenecks, develop contingency plans, and work with vendors on new revision materials or temporary change orders. Generate daily management reports and attend production meetings for communication and updates.
Required Qualifications
- SAP
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / science/ mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering
- At least 2 years working experience
- At least 5 years working experience
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably in manufacturing environment
- No fear of paper works and system update
