Job Summary
Material Planner & Controller for the Logistics Control (Production Planning & Scheduling) department in Timisoara. Responsibilities include scheduling material supply to meet production requirements, planning and evaluating processes for material delivery from supplier to the point of fit, assessing volume against planning demands, managing shortages to minimize production impact, monitoring inventory against target levels, and supporting inventory checks and change management. Requires a Bachelor's degree or vocational training in technical/economic field with at least 3 years of automotive experience; strong MS Office (Excel), SAP, and logistics system skills; advanced English and optional German; cross-functional collaboration and analytical, proactive mindset. Offers an integration program in a family-run company with international presence and flexible working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in Technical or Economic field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel), experience in using SAP and logistics control systems
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage
