Job Summary
Plan and schedule material requirements to support production and customer demand while monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock. Create and manage purchase requisitions, coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery, and track supplier performance to expedite critical orders. Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to align material availability with schedules, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain accurate master data in the ERP/MRP system. Prepare planning reports for management and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and reduce costs. This role requires a 4-year degree and 2-5 years of related experience within a network of custom formulators and manufacturers serving beauty, personal, and specialty companies across North America.
