Job Summary
Material Planner responsible for end-to-end inventory planning, defining inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time) and replenishment strategies, coordinating purchase requisitions to purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers, ensuring adequate replenishment, and collaborating with buyers to optimize supplier performance (on-time delivery, MOQ, lead time, quality, flexibility). Role onsite in Mebane, NC, with a focus on defining inventory policies, maintaining planning parameters in ERP systems, and supporting internal customer service inquiries. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience; proficient in SAP/ERP/Excel; must hold a current US visa/work permit.
