Job Summary
Conduct accurate order picking, receiving, put-away, loading, unloading, and shipping of product using material handling equipment to meet company standards for safety, security, and damage-free handling. Operate electric pallet jacks and other material operating equipment while utilizing RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory. Perform calculations involving addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication to manage task progress and communicate updates to leads, supervisors, and managers. Maintain legible reading and writing skills to follow procedures and work instructions effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent related experience
- Previous experience with material operating equipment (minimum 1 year with electric pallet jack and/or a minimum of 1-3 years with other material operating equipment)
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and/or manager as to progress in tasks/functions being performed
- Ability to perform calculations involving adding, counting, subtracting, division and multiplication
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience using RF Scanner and WMS systems
