Material Management Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead warehouse team to meet daily operational targets, oversee material master data accuracy, stock levels, and cycle counts; drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement to streamline material flow; coordinate timely delivery of materials to technicians with the logistics team for on-site deliveries locally and across district locations; redesign warehouse layouts to maximize storage density and accelerate order fulfillment; requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years in material management with strong Excel and Power BI skills; based in Mexico City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Material Management Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Spare Parts Coordinator, or similar role
- Proven experience leading teams within warehouse or material management operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, shipping, 5S, and material handling best practices
- Strong analytical skills using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis), Power BI experience is highly desirable
- Intermediate English proficiency
