Job Summary
Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility while supporting machine operations and production activities. Read work instructions, prepare production paperwork accurately, and maintain quality standards to meet production goals. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while communicating effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customer representatives. Perform additional duties as assigned in a manufacturing environment serving automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, climb, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must complete drug screening
- Must complete background check
- Must complete E-Verify
