Job Summary
Coordinate material logistics and administrative tasks to support operations and sales; handle receiving paperwork, inventory, and buyouts in TW Metals’ Metalware system; resolve routine quality matters and coordinate returns to the proper mill or supplier; assist the branch with internal Sales Service-related activities (order changes, expediting, discrepancies); provide support in test reports, production control, imaging, and shipping/logistic functions; and perform other duties as directed, with some work-hour flexibility when serving as backup to shipping and loading activities.
Required Qualifications
- Good background/knowledge in Customer Service skills, shipping and/or receiving experience
- Possess knowledge of imaging and bill of lading techniques
- Good knowledge of industry standard tools and processes
- Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
