Job Summary
Material Logistics Agent role focusing on planning and executing supplier transitions within the Supplier Transition and Development team, managing projects from PO issuance to stock delivery, developing new suppliers, coordinating stakeholders across hierarchical levels, proactively mitigating risks, coordinating resources for project development and execution, providing the team with priorities and guidance, preparing and participating in governance and project review meetings, following up on deliverables, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in administration, project management, or operations management and a minimum of three years’ supplier-management experience; proficiency with SAP; English and Spanish fluency; willingness to travel within Mexico and to work on-site in Querétaro at least two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, project management, or operations management
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supplier management and executing deliverables
- Experience with SAP
- Strong documentation and communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel for work within Mexico
- Willingness to work on-site at the Querétaro facility at least two (2) days per week
- Experience with just-in-time supply chain logistics, integrated supply chain management, and lean manufacturing concepts
