Material Issuance / Parts Tracker in Production

Job Summary
Issue raw materials, components, and spare parts to production according to approved requisitions and verify quantities before issuance. Track material consumption, update inventory records in the ERP system, and perform daily reconciliation of issued, returned, and consumed materials. Monitor stock levels, report shortages to procurement, and assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities. Coordinate with production supervisors regarding material requirements and priorities while ensuring all documentation complies with company procedures and safety standards. Generate reports on material usage, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience working in the manufacturing sector
- Proven experience accurately reconciling issued, returned, and consumed materials
- Experience supporting stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Strong accuracy in verifying part numbers and quantities before material issuance
- Experience coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse teams, and procurement teams
- Working proficiency in English
- Availability to work overtime when required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Odoo for inventory or material tracking is a plus
