Job Summary
Material Inspector I responsible for inspecting electronic components to ensure quality and reliability. Perform detailed inspections, record results, follow SOPs, and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, scales). Communicate findings to managers and relevant departments; report issues to team leaders. Maintain safety and create a collaborative, detail-oriented work environment. Must read process flow charts, equipment manuals, and safety datasheets; have good organizational and communication skills; familiarity with ERP and basic computer skills is a plus. Desirable experience includes warehouse/inspection background and knowledge of electronic components; opportunity for growth in an inclusive, global supply-chain setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret process flow charts, equipment manuals, and safety datasheets
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs; Outlook familiarity is an advantage
- Team player who collaborates effectively and contributes to a positive team atmosphere
