Job Summary
Material Handling Shipping and Receiving role responsible for managing packaging and labeling inventory, staging inventory on the floor for production runs, and coordinating with purchasing to manage inventory levels. Ensures inventory accuracy and waste reduction, assists with setting up packaging materials on equipment, and communicates with planning/scheduling to plan inventory for upcoming production runs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Must be able to lift 60-80lb boxes on a consistent daily basis with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, have strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate basic computer skills including data entry and data retrieval
- Ability to work in a cold environment, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment
- Able to work holidays and weekends as needed to meet customer demand
- Forklift certified or capable of being certified
- High school diploma or GED
