Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and service forklifts and all warehouse material handling equipment while maintaining Raymond certifications and staying current on OEM updates. Execute structured preventative maintenance schedules, track equipment performance, and manage parts inventory to ensure critical parts availability. Coordinate maintenance across Neighbor Island operations, travel as needed for major repairs, and perform basic facility upkeep including docks, doors, and building systems. Follow all safety procedures and report incidents to ensure compliance. This role supports warehouse operations at the Kapolei, Hawaii location, reporting to the Director of Operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in active warehouse environments
- Exposure to industrial conditions
- Willingness to travel for Neighbor Island support
- Commitment to continuous learning and certification maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- MHE or forklift repair experience
- Certification with Raymond or similar equipment manufacturer
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and systems
- Ability to manage parts inventory and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
