Material Handling 7X15 - Yard Supervisor

Lead crew in a productive and safe manner while actively managing teams through 6S, Lean, and Safety Programs. Operate rigging equipment, overhead cranes, and forklifts to handle precast concrete production tasks, utilizing advanced blueprint reading and math skills to ensure accuracy. Perform physical duties including lifting 50-75 lbs, climbing up to 3 feet, and standing or walking 80% of the shift. Complete general safety orientation and maintain leadership training to support the department's ongoing needs. Progress to Dept. Manager upon qualification.
