Material Handler Yard/Warehouse

Physically handle materials used to construct components and finished products to ensure optimized movement, including lifting, carrying, and stacking items up to 80 pounds on occasion. Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, some requiring specialized training. Respond to training from foremen or senior handlers to improve knowledge of work processes and observe all safety procedures to prevent injury. Work within a production environment subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, and increased noise levels. This entry-level position includes on-the-job training with no supervisory responsibilities.
