Job Summary
Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, notifying supervisors or Team Leaders when restocking is required. Manage supermarket inventory and Kanban process to maintain stocking levels while delivering materials, tools, and components to designated production areas. Replenish assembly and welding stations with components and materials, maintain accurate records of material movement, and coordinate with production leads to prioritize deliveries based on daily schedules. Ensure work areas remain organized and free of clutter to promote safety and efficiency by following all company safety procedures, including proper PPE use and OSHA standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and process efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned to assist the production team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing, material handling, or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
