Job Summary
Fabricate materials and parts for the Weld Assembly area to drawings and management specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include producing components to maintain shop flow, using cranes and small hand tools, and working from prints and prints updates. Must be able to work overtime with little notice and any shift/day as production requires. Environment includes non-climate-controlled conditions with exposure to cold/hot weather, high noise levels, and outdoor elements. Physical demands include bending, standing, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs, with long-duration shifts on concrete. Requires reading and writing at a basic level, reading a tape measure to 1/16
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and write at a 3rd grade level
- Able to read tape measure to 1/16 increments
- Able to pass basic math test
- Able to pass basic fractions test
- Able to pass power tools test
