Job Summary
Material Handler at Baxter responsible for loading, unloading, and moving manufacturing materials between areas. Prepare manufacturing and packaging materials for the shift, complete material dispatch manifests, generate labels for packaging, and create move tickets for material movement. Maintain compliance with company rules, Good Documentation Practices, and EHS regulations. Organize staging areas, perform daily PRMS system checks for inventory, dispatches, and material deactivation. Operate with gownings and PPE, support other areas as needed, clean and sanitize carts, report any equipment issues or safety hazards, and participate in continuous improvement of the EHS management system. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work in a team, and handle multiple tasks. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduado de escuela superior
- Poseer licencia de conducir vigente
- Poseer licencia de montacargas y pasar el examen de montacargas especiales (Narrow Aisle)
- Debe reportar con antelación mínimo 2 meses cuando se vence la licencia para operar montacargas
- Destrezas básicas de computadoras y matemática
- Tolerar alturas de 40 pies máximo
- Buenas destrezas de comunicación en inglés y español
