Required Qualifications
- 2 years of material handling/forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- forklift certified
- ability to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment
- effective communication skills
- ability to train other employees in established processes
- cross training in multiple operations
- problem solving skills and interfacing with other departments
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong work ethics and attention to detail
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
