Job Summary
Receive, move, and store raw materials and finished goods to support production flow. Safely operate counterbalance and reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility. Supply packing and warehouse teams with materials and assist with product preparation for shipping. Operate power tools and equipment, including chop saws and pneumatic nail guns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures. This role requires valid forklift certification, two years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Unassisted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience
- Valid forklift certification in good standing
- Experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks
- Knowledge of shipping preparation and truck delivery procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted
