Job Summary
Load, unload, sort, and transport product into and out of the Distribution Center using a liquefied propane or electric forklift. Accept, inspect, and sign for inbound merchandise while counting products, comparing them to delivery documents, and reporting shortages or damages. Efficiently pick internal and external customer orders, assemble them, and ensure accurate outbound shipments free of damage. Maintain inventory accuracy through physical inventories and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and keep the work area clean and secure. Operate machinery safely, comply with OSHA standards, and assist in light assembly or record storage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Distribution or Fulfillment warehouse environment
- Proven record of exceptional attendance and reliability
- Ability to think and take constructive action at work without being urged
- Skill and ability in taking the lead in forwarding new ideas or work methods
- Demonstrates awareness of company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to identify and report safety hazards
- Ability to encourage others to work safely
- Ability to change or adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures
- Ability to work well with others in a group
- Ability to cooperate with others
- Ability to offer to help when needed

- Forklift certified
