Job Summary
Transfer product from inbound trucks to storage areas using an industrial forklift or hand lift, picking up, moving, and positioning materials by product and lot number. Prepare inventory reports and paperwork to monitor stock, handle ingredients safely per quality standards, and communicate with shift managers to schedule deliveries. Perform routine equipment servicing including fueling and tire checks, notifying maintenance of major issues. Work on feet for the entire shift lifting up to 75 pounds, travel within a 60-mile radius using company vehicles, and maintain a valid forklift license. Apply in person at the Siloam Springs, AR Hiring Center Monday and Friday between 7 am and 7 pm, or Tuesday through Thursday between 7 am and 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work on feet for the entire shift
- Must be able to move or lift product weighing up to 75 pounds from floor to shoulder height
- Must be able to pass and maintain company issued forklift license/certification
- Must have the ability to make good decisions and communicate effectively with others and leadership team
- Must be able to troubleshoot issues

Desired Qualifications
