Job Summary
Material Handler responsible for final packaging of molded parts per BOM and for handling, mixing, drying, grinding, and storage of materials. Responsibilities include inventory management, signing in/out of materials, labeling with date/lot/shift/quantity, maintaining regrind and dryer processes, keeping work areas neat, operating and learning material handling equipment, and complying with ISO 13485/9001 QA/audit requirements. The role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and capable communication to coordinate between shifts in a clean-room manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience desirable
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to move 1100 lb. gaylords with a pallet jack
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good vision and manual dexterity
- Must be able to use weigh scales for product counts and weights
