Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound material flow by receiving, kitting, and staging materials for production while maintaining accurate inventory records in ECI MAX. Prepare outgoing shipments, arrange pickups, and process shop orders through the system, including opening boxes, printing labels, and putting away stock. Audit inventory in real time and perform weekly cycle counts to resolve discrepancies and manage order shortages. Utilize forklifts and other shipping tools to palletize and shrink wrap items, prioritizing orders with the planning team to keep materials moving efficiently. Requires forklift certification, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to use hand and power tools as required
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills, including accurate data entry
- Experience with inventory, warehouse, or MRP/ERP software
- Ability to manage day-to-day shipping and receiving functions with general independence, while collaborating with the planning team and other staff as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple kits, orders, and shipments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
