Job Summary
Material Handler/Shipping & Receiving I responsible for verifying inbound/outbound shipments, preparing items for shipment, assembling, loading and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; maintaining traceability and quality checks; and collaborating cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Planning, and EHS&S teams. Required skills include basic Microsoft Office, ERP familiarity, RF scanning, experience with forklifts/pallet jacks, and adherence to GMP, food safety and company policies. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy in documentation (bills of lading, shipping orders), packing/labeling, and supporting inventory control and shipping workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have basic computer experience in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Must have a minimum of two years working in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to stand for entirety of the 8–12-hour shift
- Experience using an ERP system preferred
- Experience operating a standup forklift preferred
- Experience utilizing an RF Scanner preferred
- Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
