Job Summary
Operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count, unload, and load merchandise within the warehouse; ensure safe and efficient use of industrial vehicles and equipment; assist in unstacking, packing, shrink-wrapping, and restacking pallets to create display packs for customers; inspect trailers and inbound/outbound materials for damage, contamination, and infestation; verify quantities, lot numbers, and production codes against manifests and driver documents; report damages or discrepancies to supervision; perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards; maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories; keep work areas clean and organized; adhere to safety policies and procedures; may drive a lift truck and operate equipment safely and efficiently as required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior forklift experience
- Safe driving operations
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Standing 4-8 hours a day
- Lifting 10-60 lbs, overhead lifting
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
