Material Handler Shift 1

Material Handler Shift 1 — Responsible for the proper disposal of waste materials and recyclable paper throughout the printing facility; operate the baler following safety protocols; safely operate standard warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks; operate hogger and hog up unusable paper/corrugated scrap; submit maintenance work orders for repairs; pro-actively maintain equipment; weigh and record bales, track recycling; maintain inventories of bailing wire, wax, and no-wax tags; hand tied wax bale wires; assist in two-man feeds as necessary; duties may expand with additional responsibilities; facility exposes to moving parts, wet/humid conditions, high places, fumes/particles, loud noise; forklift operator license required; reading a tape measure with speed/accuracy; read and interpret product layouts and production specifications; equal opportunity employer.
