Job Summary
Material Handler responsible for safely loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials; delivering raw materials to production areas; assisting with shipping/receiving; verifying materials against packing slips and work orders; labeling and preparing materials for shipment; picking/issuing parts for internal/external orders; maintaining inventory and supporting cycle counts; identifying shortages or discrepancies; operating forklifts and material-handling equipment; contributing to continuous improvement and department goals through teamwork and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support multiple departments
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
