Job Summary
Set up production lanes with cartons and flats based on daily orders, continuously restocking and eliminating jams to maintain line efficiency. Perform changeovers between materials, maintain a clean floor area, and watch for operational issues to correct immediately. Take order counts, adjust dates as needed, and execute computer tasks when required. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 6:20 am to 3:00 pm or until orders are complete. The team operates at our Hampstead, MD Plant.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to handle distractions and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Must have good communication skills
- Basic Computer and Math Skills
- Must be able to stand 8 hours at a time
- Must be able to reach, bend, and squat
- Must be able to push/pull constantly
- Must be able to lift 30-60 pounds
