Job Summary
Receive, document, and transport production materials to designated storage and shop areas while validating shipping documents and marking received items. Conduct physical inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage non-conforming materials through interface with purchasing and production departments. Track purchase orders, coordinate field reporting, and maintain mobile equipment and lifting gear for safety compliance. Perform duties with limited direct supervision and adapt to large work areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of one year's experience in Materials or Operations
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Sound basic math skills
- Computer literacy - Google Workspace

- Ability to perform job duties with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to perform job duties with limited direct supervision
- Working knowledge of standard material receiving and internal distribution practices

- Working knowledge of purchase order tracking and procurement support
- Working knowledge of field coordination and reporting
