Job Summary
Material Handler at Rehrig Pacific Company responsible for unloading virgin/regrind materials from trucks/railcars, testing material samples for quality, setting up material lines and blenders, regrinding scrap for reuse, performing light maintenance on lines, and supporting inventory counts. Responsibilities include receiving/moving materials, staging/blending for machines, operating grinders/pelletizers/separators, adhering to 5S standards, tracking silo levels, labeling/stocking inventory, and assisting machine operators and forklift drivers to maintain smooth operations. Ideal candidate has manufacturing/warehouse experience, forklift/powered industrial truck proficiency, strong organization/communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (a plus)
- Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks
