Job Summary
Receive deliveries in SAP, coordinate and deliver incoming packages to appropriate departments, determine shipping method for materials, and load/unload cargo using handtrucks, conveyors, or cranes. Attach identifying tags, read work orders, record units moved, and move freight to/from storage and production areas. Follow specific operating procedures, uphold quality control and safety procedures, and communicate with supervisors and peers. Additional considerations include experience in shipping/traffic and knowledge of Paint/Coatings/chemical industries. The shift is 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with a pay rate of $22/hour, and comprehensive benefits after eligibility. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely distribution, and adherence to Rust-Oleum quality principles.
Required Qualifications
- Previous shipping/traffic and material handling experience
- Paint/Coatings/chemical industry knowledge or experience
- 1st shift 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday
