Job Summary
Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials; stage and deliver products to production or operational areas. Accurately pick, pull, and prepare materials for orders while verifying quantities and specifications prior to shipment. Load and unload trucks safely, maintain organized storage locations, and assist with inventory control activities including cycle counts. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts while following all safety procedures and equipment inspection guidelines. Work in a fast-paced warehouse, yard, and distribution environment performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 pounds. Maintain clean work areas and report unsafe conditions or inventory discrepancies.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling operations
- Forklift experience and ability to operate material handling equipment safely
- Familiarity with inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 80 pounds using safe lifting techniques
- Exposure to machinery, forklifts, varying temperatures, dust, and operational environments
- May require occasional support for deliveries, loading activities, or extended hours based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with building materials, millwork, lumber, or construction products preferred
