Job Summary
Conduct daily forklift inspections and move material to/from stock using pick tickets. Accurately transact all material movements in real time into Syspro and replenish raw materials to prevent manufacturing stoppages. Remove finished good pallets, shrink wrap them, and stage them appropriately while clearing lines of raw materials after production runs. Count returning inventory, apply "COUNTED" stickers with updated quantities, and maintain building cleanliness including pallet organization and dumpster emptying. Communicate constantly with Line Operators regarding job status and perform accurate cycle counts.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with data entry into an ERP system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to perform all tasks while continuously standing
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately while ensuring quality
