Job Summary
Verify, match, count, and kit material per customer drawings and specifications while maintaining inventory accuracy. Locate and deliver materials to designated work areas, safely operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing supplies in stock, reporting discrepancies to the team leader. Perform material handling duties, minor general maintenance, and area housekeeping. Conduct activities in a safe manner, complying with established safety requirements and company policies. Provide personal tools as needed and participate in continuous improvement processes. Work in an uncontrolled atmosphere with potential exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and noise. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, standing or walking 75% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read blue print drawings
- Forklift experience
- Great organization skills

- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends based on production needs
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment

- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand/walk 75% of the time and sit 25% of the time

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Computer skills and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs
- Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software such as RoesTrac
- High level of energy and motivation
